Defensoria Pública usa WhatsApp para contato com assistidos
A Defensoria Pública da União – DPU publicou a Resolução nº 149/2019, determinou a utilização do sistema em comunicação alternativo com os assistidos, como e-mail, telefone e WhatsApp. A determinação é uma medida para enfrentar a restrição orçamentário que o órgão passa após a aprovação da emenda constitucional que instituiu o teto dos gastos públicos.
Dessa forma, o texto determina que os novos meios de comunicação não servirão para o envio pelo assistido de documentos, fotos, fornecimento de esclarecimentos ou apresentação de dúvidas ao defensor. Serão usados apenas para comunicados de atos processuais e notificação para os assistidos comparecerem aos setores de assistência jurídica. Caso não seja possível a comunicação por nenhum dos meios alternativos, poderá ser solicitada a comunicação via postal.
Diante do caso, o advogado e professor de Direito Jorge Ulisses Jacoby Fernandes ressalta que o Whatsapp se tornou uma ferramenta de comunicação bastante popular, podendo facilmente ser utilizado para informações e contato. “Há, porém, algumas cautelas que devem ser tomadas e que a norma não deixou de lado”, afirma. Assim, na hipótese de mudança do número de telefone, do endereço eletrônico ou do endereço postal, ou se deixar de usar o aplicativo de mensagens eletrônicas, o usuário deverá informar de imediato ao setor de atendimento, sob pena de as notificações remetidas ao número ou ao endereço originário serem consideradas válidas.
“A norma também informa que não serão comunicados via WhatsApp os atos referentes a recebimento de valores. É muito importante que a DPU dê ampla divulgação a essa vedação, seja na ocasião do contato com o assistido, seja nas unidades e repartições. Isto evitará fraudes que possam ocorrer a essas pessoas que já se encontram em uma situação de vulnerabilidade, ao buscar o auxílio do órgão”, esclarece Jacoby Fernandes.

Sou mãe solteira e só recebi 600 desde a bril ligei 121 e falaram que eu tava como masculino já resolvi e continua agora com 300 O que faço sou do bolsa família antes do auxílio eu tirava 140 2 a gora eu só tiro 130

Venho por meio desta manifestação pedir a ajuda desta defensoria pública para pleitear meus direitos o qual estou sendo lesado pelo inss que deliberadamente está desrespeitando todas as leis e prazo que regulam o processo administrativo do recurso, é uma verdadeira afronta aos direitos do cidadão. Em especial, venho pedir a ajuda da defensoria Pública da união junto ao poder judiciario, para pleitear meus direitos e ajudar na agilidade do requerimento, do Recurso ordinário de revisão do Teto de aposentadoria em que solicitei no dia 13/09/2019 e que está registrado através do protocolo de requerimento Nº 1651184120 recurso ordinário, se esgotaram todos os tempos de acordo com os procedimentos internos do INSS , desde a data do requerimento e até agora nada houve , nenhum posicionamento do INSS quanto a liberação de consulta pelo MEU INSS nem pela central 135 referente ao pedido de requerimento, um verdadeiro descaso com a pessoa que dedicou sua vida ao trabalho.
